Can guests leave their car at the venue overnight?

Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight. The venue kindly asks that they be picked up by 11 a.m. the next day.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding address is 3915 Bavaria Rd, Chaska, MN 55318. There are three different wedding venues on site. Please make follow the sign to the Woodland Glasshaus for the Gerring-Skalbeck wedding.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle from the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest to bring guests to the wedding. You don't have to be staying at the hotel in order to take the shuttle. We will have multiple shuttles leaving the venue at staggered times to bring guests back to the hotel. It could be challenging to get an Uber or Lyft from the venue at the end of the night, so you could always take the shuttle back and order a ride from the hotel.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love our little ones, we're making this a child-free event to allow guests to fully enjoy the celebration. Mom and Dad's night out! If you are from out of town and looking for childcare, we recommend reaching out to https://www.friendtofriendllc.com/.

What time do the festivities begin?

Our ceremony will begin at 5pm followed by cocktail hour, dinner & dancing.

Will we be outside?

The ceremony and dinner will be inside the Woodland Glasshaus where there are commercial grade air condition units. The outdoor patio will be open during cocktail hour and after dinner. Summer evenings in Minneapolis can range from 65-85 degrees.
