We’re still in the process of planning the wedding festivities and will send out more details once we have a better idea of guest headcount. What we can tell you is the wedding will be on a Saturday evening, and guests will hop aboard a private boat to Las Caletas beach for an unforgettable night. Once the boat sets sail for the beach, we’re all on this adventure together until the party’s over! There won’t be a ride back to town until the celebration wraps up, so get ready to relax, have fun, and enjoy every moment. The boat rides and all the fun will be pre-arranged — all you’ll need to do is show up ready to celebrate!

Join us for a sunset boat ride to and from the venue, beach ceremony, dinner, drinks, and dancing.

Tropical Cocktail - Dress to impress in festive, island-inspired looks. Think breezy dresses, linen shirts, bold prints, and sandals you can dance in. We're happy to share accommodation tips if you need them, as we won't be hosting the wedding party at a resort. Formal invite and details coming soon!

Puerto Vallarta is a vibrant and relaxed beach town on Mexico’s Pacific coast, celebrated for its stunning beaches, lush jungle-covered mountains, charming cobblestone streets, and rich local food and culture. We’ve visited several times and have always had an amazing experience. We’re excited to share this special vacation spot with all of you!

Travel & Accommodations

There’s an airport with direct flights into the city, so it’s super easy to get to! Uber works great here too — just like in any city! The wedding won’t be at a resort — we’re doing things a little differently on a private beach. That means there’s no official hotel block or required place to stay. You get to pick whatever works best for you and your budget! We’ve stayed in hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs all over Puerto Vallarta and loved them all. Please contact me for questions on accommodation recommendations. Saturday evening, our private boat will set sail from Puerto Mágico cruise terminal in the North Hotel Zone to take everyone to the beach party. To keep things easy, we recommend booking a place less than 25 minutes of the terminal so you can get there without a hassle.
