A selection of filling hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be provided. If you’d like to order additional food or drinks beyond what is offered, you will need to open your own tab.

I heard we have to take a boat to the venue—how do I get there?

Shuttles will be available for guests staying at the Sheraton and Villa Premiere. If you’re not staying at either hotel, you can take an Uber or taxi directly to Puerto Mágico, or arrange transportation to one of the shuttle pickup locations.

The shuttle will arrive at 3:15 PM and depart promptly at 3:30 PM. Return shuttles will leave around 12:30 AM after the party concludes.

In addition to the welcome party on Friday evening, the wedding ceremony will include boat transportation departing at 4:00 PM and returning around 12:30 AM. Outside of these events, feel free to plan and enjoy additional excursions on your own.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the airport.

What should I wear to the events?

Answer

Gentlemen are encouraged to wear light linen or khaki-style pants paired with bold, island-style shirts—no need for heavy blazers or ties. Ladies may opt for beach dresses that are slightly more elevated than a casual sundress. Please keep in mind that the terrain is sandy, so heels are not recommended.

What if I need to leave the wedding early?

Answer

Because the venue is only accessible by boat, there will be no return transportation to the hotels until the event concludes. We recommend bringing anything you may need for the duration of the evening, such as medication or other essentials.
