This hotel is located in Chico, CA which is about 20 mins from our venue. I (Annie) grew up here and wanted guests to have the option to stay in my hometown/see the area. We will NOT have a shuttle running so if you are planning on staying here and also drinking at the wedding I would recommend Ubering. You can also schedule an Uber for the return ride home as well so you are guaranteed a ride. Please call and reference our last name for the wedding: Akers/Zirbes. What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal. Please do not wear jeans.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm. This will allow enough time to grab a pre-ceremony drink and find a seat as the ceremony will promptly start at 4pm.

Yes, if you are choosing to drive there is plenty of parking at our venue.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be outside and dinner will be in a barn on the premises.

Yes, we have hired a shuttle to and from Rolling Hills Casino NOT the hotel in Chico. Please book at Rolling Hills Casino if you are wanting to shuttle

Uber and Lyft are available to and from Chico. Please make sure you schedule a ride back so you are guaranteed a ride.

As much as we love children, we are wanting to keep our wedding as an adults only event. Please let us know if this is not doable for you and we can try and accommodate.
