Wedding at a summer camp!

The venue is a former summer camp! No need to be too fancy (semi-formal to cocktail attire). But stable footwear is recommended (the venue is wooded & is spread over a large area)
*We respectfully request that this be an adult-only event (unless previously arranged). *There's an in-ground heated pool & outdoor showers at the venue- bring swimwear/towel! *Guests are enthusiastically encouraged to spend Saturday night at the venue! See the "Travel & Where to Stay" section for details. *The venue only has limited AT&T cell coverage & WIFI access. Staying overnight at Havenroot on Saturday
*Guests are enthusiastically encouraged to spend the night at the venue. It used to be a summer camp & we chose it for this reason! There are many options if spending the night: 1. There are 28 beds in 3 bunk houses on-site for overnight rent ($13 charge). These are 1st come, 1st serve. Guests must provide their own bedding. (We are happy to help provide bedding for guests who are flying in! Just let us know!) 2. There is also ample space for RVs (without hookups) at the venue. We will direct campers where to set up & there will be signage as well. (It will be in the "Parking/Overflow camping" area across from "Jinglebonk Arena" at the northern end of Havenroot Drive. See the venue map included here for details). 3. There is also ample space for camping in tents at Havenroot. We will direct campers to which areas where they can set up. There will be signage as well. There are many established spots labeled "Tent Camping sites" located to the north & east of Hidden Turtle Pond, as well as several "Tent Platforms" located along Havenroot Drive. See the venue map included here for details). We are happy to help provide a tent & bedding for guests who want to camp but don't have gear- just let us know! *If spending the night at Havenroot, we strongly recommend arriving by 1:30 pm on Saturday for set up. We also recommend bringing a flashlight & stable shoes for the short walk to the campsites/bunkhouses/RV parking area. It is 0.12-0.3 miles between certain locations. See the venue map for details. *Both the couple and the venue allow for (only) very well behaved dogs to be on-site. *We will be offering coffee & a light breakfast for campers on Sunday morn (~9 am). *Check out for campers is by 11 am on Sunday.
Flight
Eugene Airport
If flying in, the Eugene airport (EUG) is the best/closest option. Let us know if we can arrange transport to/from the Eugene airport for you, or if needing carpooled transport to the venue (Havenroot). The Portland airport (PDX) might be cheaper to fly into, but is 120 miles north or Eugene & transport down to Eugene would need to be arranged.

This hotel is located only 12 miles away from the venue. It is about a 20 minute drive away.
