What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is elevated garden party, for men we encourage semi formal attire and for the ladies bright spring colors dresses and we recommend block heels or flat shoes since the ceremony will be on a grass lawn!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking at River House, although not enough for 100% accommodation. To help with that there will be a shuttle service taking people from the venue to Brookdale Lodge, where the after party is, once the reception is over.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! There is a certain limit for children at the venue so if you are unsure if you are able to bring your kids or not, please reach out to bride or groom for questions!

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle service available for transport between Brookdale Lodge and River House (3mi away) before and after the wedding. The run times are 1:50- 3pm and 7:30pm- 9:30pm Guests staying at Brookdale Lodge are encouraged to use the shuttle to get to and return from the venue. As the venue parking is limited, we suggest anyone that would like to park at Brookdale and attend the afterparty there can get a ride back closer to the end of the night at River House (9pm)

Where is the afterparty?

Answer

The after party is at Brookdale Lodge - River Run Lounge, approximately 3 miles north along Highway 9 from River House. The after party will begin after things close down at the venue and will go up until 1:30 am. Directions: Take Highway 9 north from the venue, and it will be on the left at: 11570 Highway 9 Brookdale, CA 95007
