Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot within the venue. But, the space is limited. So please come together as a group with other people!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both of our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at the back yard of the venue. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What’s the dress code for your wedding?

Our dress code is Garden Party Attire. Kindly choose wedding attire in any pastel tone / light shade.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Daily average temperatures in Arroyo Grande in November ranges from 45°F to 69°F (7°C to 20°C). So we recommend a wrap to cover bare shoulders. We will provide heaters to keep guests comfortable.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

For the wedding reception, we’ll be serving finger food at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style meal with on-site barbecue. There will be two choices of meet, bread and cake.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar for guests enjoy throughout the reception, however, we do recommend bringing your own drinks along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

The venue will be open one hour ahead of the ceremony time at 2pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat.

What’s the wedding itinerary?

Answer

For the direct family members who are invited from 11/7/2025 to 11/9/2025 for our wedding, following is the itinerary for you. On the 11/7/2025, please arrive by 4pm. After you unpack and have a little rest, at 6pm, there will be a small rehearsal with the bride, groom, parents of the couple, and speech makers. (Not all parties need to join the rehearsal.) The dinner will be a pot-luck party! Dinner will start at 7pm. Outside of family who are flying from different states or countries, if you are local from LA, please bring dishes you would like to enjoy with the family. On the 11/8/2025, breakfast/lunch will not be provided. We will list local restaurants on the website for your information. The ceremony on the day starts at 3pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat. The rest of the wedding timeline is introduced on the wedding website. On the 11/9/2025, the American style breakfast will be provided from 8am to 10am. And lastly, the check-out is until 10:30am. Please let us know when you check out so we can say thank you and good bye to you ♡.
