France Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Transportation will be provided to and from the venue from Grand Hôtel Les Flamants Roses. The bus will depart at 5:45PM and depart the venue to return to the hotel at 11:30PM. We recommend that out of town guests stay here https://hotel.les-flamants-roses.com/fr.

We know that hotel prices near the venue in downtown Chicago are outrageous. We recommend booking an Airbnb. Look for places in the River North, Gold Coast and Streeterville neighborhoods. Other neighborhoods a little further away inlcude the Loop, West Loop, Old Town and Lincoln Park. If you are driving, we recommend purchasing parking on Spothero near the venue. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

To our Guests Traveling to Canet, France
To our France Guests: We recommend staying at Les Flamant Roses hotel in Canet. There are 2 options. The main hotel https://hotel.les-flamants-roses.com/fr or the connected apartments next door https://www.guestreservations.com/residence-les-fl Getting to Canet: Getting to Canet (Canet-en-Roussillon) is easy with several travel options. The closest airport is Perpignan (PGF), just a 20-minute drive away, with connections via Paris and other European cities; Barcelona (BCN) is another popular option, about 2.5 hours by car. By train, guests can travel to Perpignan Station via high-speed train from Paris or from Barcelona, then continue by taxi to the hotel. For those driving, Canet is accessible via major highways (A9), making it a scenic and straightforward trip by car. We are looking forward to spending time with family and friends the day before the wedding, May 28th as we will traveling back to Chicago early Saturday morning, May 30th to get back for our Chicago ceremony!

We would love for our guests joining us in France to have Apéritifs and cocktails with us Thursday, May 28th at 5pm at Erick's mom's home (Merci Colette!). Please reach out and let us know if you can make it! The address is 21 rue Aristide Briand. Saleilles. 66280. 15-20 minute drive from Canet.

There isn't a private garage at the venue. We suggest securing a spot on Spothero or Parkwhiz well in advance of the event. Use 2 W Erie as the location to find options. There are many parking garages within 1-3 blocks of the venue. Average cost is $20 using these apps.
