Night Before the Wedding

Join us the night before the wedding as we gather in beautiful Getsemaní, Cartagena. We will be staying together in a shared Airbnb so our families and friends can meet, spend time together, and start the celebration early. As we will be leaving for the island early the next morning, we kindly ask all guests to stay with us that evening. We can’t wait to relax, get to know each other, and kick off the wedding festivities together.

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button-downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing black.

Our wedding celebration will take place on the beautiful island of Tierra Bomba, just off the coast of Cartagena. The day will begin with a Catholic ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and a night of music and dancing by the sea.

After Party

The party doesn’t stop after dinner! Come ready to dance, celebrate, and enjoy a true Colombian-style party late into the night.

Please plan to fly into Cartagena (CTG) and arrive by January 20th. We will gather that evening in Getsemaní before departing together the next morning for the island of Tierra Bomba, where our wedding celebration will take place. Transportation to the island and overnight accommodations after the wedding will be provided for all guests.

Yes! We would love for anyone who wants to stay and continue enjoying Cartagena with us. We plan to spend time in the city until January 24th. If you choose to stay longer, guests will simply cover their own accommodation and other expenses during those extra days.

The dress code is beach formal. Think elegant but comfortable for a Caribbean setting — light fabrics, breathable outfits, and festive colors are encouraged. We kindly ask guests not to wear black.
