Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside the Conservatory at Matthaei Botanical Gardens. The reception has both indoor and outdoor space. There is covered space for cocktail hour, and dinner will be indoor.

Will there be transportation to and from the Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a 30 person shuttle through Catch Transportation. The timing is as follows: 4:10pm First shuttle departs Marriott for Ceremony 4:50pm Second shuttle departs Marriott for Ceremony - 5:15pm Ceremony - 5:50pm First shuttle departs Matthaei Botanical Gardens for Reception - 6:15pm Cocktail Hour begins - 6:25pm Second shuttle departs Matthaei Botanical Gardens for Reception Should you take the first shuttle to the ceremony, or the last shuttle to Eagle Crest, please enjoy the beautiful gardens at Matthaei during your free time! Keep an eye on the time, so you don't miss the start of the ceremony or the final round of transportation.

Is there parking available?

Yes! If you choose to drive, there is parking available at both Matthaei Botanical Gardens and the Marriott at Eagle Crest. - Matthaei Botanical Gardens - Complimentary parking is offered at numbered spaces for all guests. All spots must be registered at visitors services to prevent ticketing. Guests are responsible for registering their parking upon their arrival. - Marriott at Eagle Crest - Hotel parking is available at the following discounted rates: Overnight Valet Parking $35 per vehicle/ night Overnight Self-Parking $15 per vehicle/ night Daily Valet Parking $17 per vehicle Daily Self-Parking $5 per vehicle

What is the dress code?

We suggest cocktail attire! Because a few people have asked, botanical prints and colors are welcome and would be fun to see in both our ceremony and reception venues. We really just want you to be comfortable and wear whatever you will have the most fun in!
