Arrival time

4:00 pm

The time for guests to make their way to our venue, sign our welcome book, take some photos, catch up, get settled, etc. Perfect time to arrive and not rush to the ceremony.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:15 pm

Find a seat wherever you’d like! The front two rows are reserved for family, close friends, and the wedding party. **If you arrive late, please wait until the ceremony is over before entering to avoid interruptions.

Cocktail/Mocktail "Hour"

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Although not an 'hour', it sounds better than '45 minutes'. We ask everyone to make their way to the welcome area (or explore the grounds). This is the time for the venue staff to change our ceremony to the reception area and for us to sign papers.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

This is when the buffet should be available for everyone and guest can head back to the reception area to find your seat and mingle.

Cake cutting

7:30 pm

Our venue offers some wonderful desserts, so there will also be a choice of a Lilikoi-Coconut Tart and a Ruby's Raspberry Cheesecake as well as the cake we cut.

End of the night

9:30 pm - 10:00 pm

FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before August 1, 2026 To help with planning, Please RSVP to the event as soon as you are sure of your attendance. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'

Question

Can I bring a date, a plus one, or my kid(s)?

Answer

Unless specifically stated on your invitation, please refrain from bringing any unaccounted for guests. This is to ensure our venue is aware of the number of guests that are attending.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive around 4 pm for the ceremony to begin at 5. This should be enough time to grab a drink and explore. If you are late, we understand emergencies do happen, and since our ceremony is expected to be short and sweet, we ask that you wait for our ceremony to be over before entering to avoid interruptions. There will be a cocktail/mocktail hour for you to join us immediately after the ceremony. **Please include parking in your commute time

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail/semi-formal attire, but is not mandatory. There is also no color scheme to worry about (besides avoiding white). Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, as autumn approaches during this time, we recommend bringing or wearing a jacket. For footwear, the ground is paved, but may be uneven.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

Although we hope it doesn't, it can be hard to predict the weather. We have already reserved a large event canopy in case it does rain, that should cover the entire wedding area.

Question

Should I bring my own drinks?

Answer

Please do not bring outside drinks. Our venue has a wonderful drink menu that you are welcome to order from. We have a set drink limit, but after that limit is reached, any more drinks will cost the individual ordering. The bar will also stop serving drinks around 9 pm.

Question

What kind of food is there?

Answer

We’ll be serving Hawaiian food buffet-style, with a vegetarian option available.
