If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group on the next page.
Yes! We will be having our wedding in a barn located in Gainesville, an hour drive from Jacksonville. (Not a far destination for most of our Jacksonville guest)
If we don’t receive your RSVP by September 30th, 2025 we’ll have to count you as not attending. We love you all, but we can’t read minds — and our headcount for food, drinks, and seating must be finalized by then. Please RSVP on time so we can celebrate together!
The envelope addressed to the invited guest(s) will be a determination of who the invite is addressed too.
Yes! Our ceremony will take place outdoors with a lovely view right behind the Barn. The reception will follow shortly inside the Barn.
As much as we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. Our venue has specific safety restrictions due to fire exposure and alcohol on-site, and their policy requires strict supervision that we’re unable to provide during the celebration. We hope you understand and can use this as a fun night out to relax as a couple and enjoy the party with us!
The couple will have a professional photographer taking photos after the ceremony with each of the guests. During cocktail hour, the couple will have an organized list to make sure all parties get photos in a timely manner. Please enjoy the cocktail hour while you wait your turn for beautiful photos. The couple wants to refrain from taking side quest photos and leave the photographer to capture the day.
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. We don’t have a traditional registry, but if you’d like to contribute, a donation to our honeymoon fund or a card on the day of the wedding would mean a lot to us.
Yes, the venue is easy to find when using the address in GPS or map applications. However, we do want to share a quick note for your arrival: the entrance can be easy to miss if you’re driving too quickly. It’s located on a two-way road where traffic moves fast—up to 70 mph—and the entrance is on the left-hand side. As you approach the venue, we recommend reducing your speed and keeping an eye out for the entrance signage to ensure a smooth and safe turn-in. We’ll also have clear markers or ballon’s near the entrance to help guide you in. Safe travels—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes! The amazing staff at C Bar Ranch will be directing all guest when they enter the venue to the parking lot area. We have enough room to accommodate all guests parking.
We want everyone to have a great time. If you happen to need an Uber/Lyft to get home, the C Bar staff will kindly let us leave our vehicles if needed. You will need to pick up your vehicle the day after (Sunday, January 11th,2026) before 11:00am. Any vehicle left on their property after 11:00am will be towed and the fees are at your expense.
Yes, we have a few hotel recommendations that you may take upon yourself to try and book. This is if you do not want to make a distant drive especially after a fun night! The venue has two hotels near by within a 15 minute drive. Option 1: Holiday Inn Express Option 2: Hampton Inn & Suites
Yes - there is such a thing as Group Travel Booking. We first get a head count of everyone who is deciding to book a room for the night or nights. The hotel then does a Courtesy Block at a low rate, closing off these rooms temporarily at a discount. • The bride and Groom don’t pay upfront for any other party. • The rooms are held for the guests at a special rate. • Each guest books and pays for their own room directly (via a custom link or code). • Any unused rooms are released by a cutoff date (usually 30 days before the wedding). • If the guest did not book a room during the courtesy block, they will more than likely pay a higher nightly rate. We will set up the RSVP link to ask all guest who may be interested in a group rate. If we get more than 10 rooms combined, we will follow back up in October 2025 with more information on booking officially.
Kindly choose wedding attire in any shade of blues, greens, and dark toned browns. We wanted to give our guests a couple of different color pallets but we do want to stick to an earth themed color scheme. Please refer to the color card added in your invitation for references. We’d love for everyone to dress formally and look their best—it’s a special occasion! Think suits, dress shirts, ties, cocktail dresses, or formal gowns. Perhaps a cowboy hat for accessory!
Since we are having a winter seasoned wedding, we are looking to have colder weather. In Gainesville around this time of year the weather ranges from highest 67 ° to lowest 44 °. Please make sure you bring something to keep you warm if needed for the ceremony aspect. The majority of the night will be inside the venue with heating/AC.
The seating to the outdoor ceremony will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. The time written on the invitation is the time the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony time to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat.
Please ensure you do not disturb/disrupt the ceremony taking place. Kindly and quietly make your way to a seat.
We’re thrilled to be celebrating this special day with all of you. Please come hungry and ready to toast — we’ll be providing all food and drinks, including a full open bar, on us. While we won’t be accommodating individual dietary requests, we’ve made sure the menu includes a variety of delicious options to suit most tastes. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
