All guests are invited to camp at the ranch, bring your camper, tent or a sleeping bag. We will be there starting 9/23. If you are planning on arriving to camp the day of the wedding, please arrive no later than 12pm so we can get you parked/situated. Since we are setting up this entire event by ourselves, we will need all hands on deck come crunch time. Please RSVP to let us know when and HOW you’ll be camping so we can ensure a space for everyone. *no RV hookups available - please come fully loaded and self sustaining*

What time should we arrive?

We suggest arriving by 2:30pm or earlier. Gates will close at 345 for the ceremony which will begin at 4pm sharp so please give yourself enough time to get parked and situated before then. We will serve champagne and charcuterie starting at 3pm. Gates will re-open at 4:45pm for guests only attending the reception.

Yes! We plan on having a bounce house, water guns, games, snacks and other activities to keep the kids busy so parents can enjoy their evening. If only coming for the day, still consider bringing a change of clothes!!
