We were up in Savannah Georgia for our 2 year anniversary trip enjoying Halloween weekend doing spooky things. Before going on the trip there was this fountain that we kept seeing on TikTok that looked really pretty and was a staple we had to visit. The first day we were there Anastasia saw it from a distance and got excited and told Trevor let’s go see it but Trevor having plans already set in stone brushed it off and said let’s just go see it tomorrow instead. Despite Trevor’s efforts we went over to see it real quick & even said tomorrow we’ll come back and get some photos of us taken in front of it. Anastasia brushed it off and we went downtown to have dinner and some drinks. The next day comes along and we went & grabbed some breakfast at a little cafe where Trevor was getting anxious about the time & kept pushing Anastasia’s suggestions of what to do that day off. Trevor mentioned going to the pretty fountain snapping a couple photos and then back to the air bnb to change since it was a bit warmer outside than expected. Anastasia agreed and offered we went to the fountain after finishing breakfast. When we got to the fountain Anastasia began to look around for someone to take a photo. A photographer lady standing right there in front of the fountain offered to snap a couple photos of us on our phone while she waited for a family she was going to photograph so we agreed. After taking a couple photos on our phone she set it down and asked if she could test out her lighting on her camera before the family arrived so of course we agreed. Afterwards Anastasia went up to her & started talking to her then for some reason all of a sudden Anastasia looked back to Trevor to find him on one knee with the most gorgeous ring in a box. Anastasia freaked out started crying & said the easiest yes of her life!! Of course Trevor had the master plan because the photographer was hired and so we went around to cute little spots & had an hour long photo shoot to celebrate our new engagement!
