When should I RSVP by?

RSVP either to us directly or through the QR code found on your invitation. We would like all RSVPs no later than May 4, 2024

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking area near the ceremony location. There will be a 12-passenger van shuttling people from the parking lot to the ceremony

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00. We would like our guests to arrive at 2:30 to avoid being late!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check out our travel section. We have a block of 20 rooms at the Best Western hotel and we have also listed three other neighboring hotels if one of those suits you better.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be arranging a shuttle to pick up/drop off guests at the Best Western Hotel (27174 Ortega Hwy., San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675) The shuttles are available for all wedding guests, not just those that are staying in the hotel. The shuttles will be departing at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Please please please be on time if you would like a ride up the mountain

Can we Uber?

Answer

Yes! Ubering is preferred because we want our guests to be able to enjoy the wedding without wondering who is going to be driving. We will arrange for a shuttle to either pick you up at the Best Western Hotel 27174 Ortega Highway, San Juan Capistrano, California 92675, or you can have your Uber drop you off at the front gate of the venue (33°31'55.3"N 117°33'01.8"W) and a shuttle will pick you up from there.

What if I get too drunk and can't drive home?

Answer

We would rather have you be safe so if you get too carried away we will have a shuttle that can take you to the bottom of the mountain where you can get an uber. The wedding party will be staying at the house the following day so there will be plenty of people there to keep your car safe until you can sober up and come get it back. We will not tolerate drunk driving, especially because our venue is up in the mountains. We WILL take keys if necessary.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available for anyone who needs them!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Of course children are welcome, just keep in mind though that this is a wedding with a lot of Argentinians. The dance floor can become quite a hectic place with lots of jumping, so keep an eye on your little ones

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

PHOTOS ARE ENCOURAGED!! For the ceremony, we will leave the picture taking to the professionals, but for every other portion of the evening, we would love your help capturing the fun moments. We will be hooking all of our guests up with an app called Confetti that will text you random prompts of what photos we want you to capture throughout the evening. We can't wait to see the night unfold through the eyes of our favorite people.
