We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a midi-length cocktail dress, causal, or dressy seperates would be ideal.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.

No, parking is complimentary.

You can use Uber/Lyft, ask your hotel if they offer transportation to our wedding, or rent a car from the airport or a location near your hotel. If none of these options work for you, please contact us. We're happy to help and make the process as smooth as possible for your needs.

Is there a hotel block available for guests, and how can I reserve a room?

Answer

We have worked with the hotel to offer a block of rooms for guests. Please ask for a room at your hotel of choice under the name ‘Amy Johnson and Justin Ward wedding’. For the Marriott, if you reserve online, also use the code W14.
