Does the price include flights?

Answer

No, the prices displayed on the room block website are only for the room and all-inclusive package at the resort. We encourage you to use Google Flights to track flight prices and book when they are lowest.

How does it work to book my room at the resort?

Answer

You can use the link found under the “Travel” section in order to reserve a room under our room block. To hold the room you will be asked to put down a $150 deposit. On September 3rd 2026, 50% of the room cost is due. On October 15th, 2026 the remaining 50% of room cost will be due. If you choose to book through a different site, the resort will charge you $100 per person to attend our wedding if you are outside the room block. How long should I stay for?

The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement. Our wedding is scheduled for Saturday, January 9th. We will have a welcome event on Friday, January 8th. Outside of these events, you are free to arrive and depart whenever works best for your schedule. Stay as long as you like and enjoy the vacation!

Can I stay somewhere else?

You can, but please note that the resort will charge you $120 per person for a day pass to attend our wedding if you are not staying on the property.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The travel agency will coordinate private shuttles from the airport to the resort for $85 round trip. Send over your flight information to guests@paradiseweddings.com up to 45 days prior to departure to book.

What should I wear for the wedding?

This is a destination wedding—have fun with it! We invite you to wear bright, cheerful colors and festive styles while keeping it cocktail or semi‑formal. Neither the ceremony nor the reception will be on the beach, so don't stress about sand.

What currency is used?

Answer

The Mexican Peso is the local currency, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. We recommend bringing small bills for tipping servers, bartenders, housekeepers, and shuttle drivers.

Can I leave the resort?

Answer

Yes—excursions and off-site adventures are not included in the resort's all-inclusive package but are widely available and easy to arrange.

Any Packing Tips?

Answer

Please make sure you have a valid passport in order to enter Mexico. Pack at least one pair of long pants and one sweater in case it gets cold at night. Don't forget sunscreen!
