A Private Promise, A Future Built on Love April 12th, 2025, will be a day unlike any other Lord willing. It’s the day my fiancée and I will exchange our vows in a private ceremony, a moment of deep personal meaning that marks the beginning of the rest of our lives. We’ve decided to do things a little differently, embracing a path that feels true to who we are and what matters most to us as a couple. When we began planning our wedding, we quickly realized that there were other priorities weighing heavily on our hearts. Our daughter’s future was at the top of the list. A place where she can grow and thrive. The idea of taking on the burden of a large wedding, when we still have so much to invest in our family’s future, didn’t sit well with us. We both agreed that it was far more important obligations, and goals that matter more to us than a lavish celebration. We’ve always placed our faith at the center of our relationship, and as we approach marriage, we want to build on that foundation. A strong marriage, rooted in biblical principles, means far more to us than any grand ceremony could. Our story isn’t defined by a single day or event. It’s defined by the promises we make to each other, the dedication to our family, and the strength of our faith. We’re focusing on what really matters: a loving, committed marriage, a home for our daughter, and a future built on the values that have always been at the heart of who we are. As we prepare for this next chapter of our lives, we do so with deep gratitude and excitement. Our vow ceremony on April 12th will be a small, but profoundly meaningful step in our journey. And we look forward to celebrating our love with those closest to us, in a way that is true to who we are, and the values we hold dear.
