How our love story began…. for me, it started with a text from a high school friend, Jenny, asking me if I was single. She told me that her fiancé had a friend who she would like me to meet. I agreed to meeting him! I think after I had said, I was willing to meet Tim, Jenny whipped her head at Tim and said, “ so I have this friend I want you to meet”. We met up out on the boat on July 3, 2021. Just by his funniness, easy going conversation, and soft touches on that day, I knew that he was the one! After fireworks, he went home and searched me on Facebook sending me a message for an official date, “To get to know me better” He understands me and we have great communication with everything…Leading us to the proposal! January 19, 2023 we were in San Diego for a trip to visit with my cousin and a birthday gift for Juliana. Tim asked to take a picture, as he was saying some very sweet words, I started to tear up. At that moment he got down on his knee to ask me to marry him! Of course I said “YES” It was definitely a surprise to me, because going back to our first date, one of the questions that Tim asked me was if I was ever wanting to get married again? I answer to him at that time, “It wasn’t a dealbreaker. I was just looking for someone to love me, go on adventures and spend the rest of my life with.” So this is how our love story began, and continues!
