Question
When should we book our room at the resort?
Answer
Rooms have been reserved in a room block and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book your room by March 27, 2026, to secure your spot. After this date, the resort may release any unbooked rooms, and rates and availability are no longer guaranteed. Please contact our travel advisor, Jillian Gibas with JLJ Travel, at jillian@jljtravel.com to discuss and book travel dates, room categories, pricing, and flights.

Do we have to stay at the same resort?
Answer
We strongly recommend booking within the wedding room block. Guests who stay elsewhere may not be allowed on the property or may have to purchase a day pass (subject to availability and additional cost) to attend the wedding.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, a valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please make sure yours is valid through at least December 2026.

What is included in the room rate?
Answer
Sandos Caracol is an all-inclusive resort, so the room rate includes your accommodations, meals, drinks (including alcohol), airport transfers and access to resort amenities. Flights and optional excursions are not included.
