Our Proposal
Our proposal would not be complete without Shayna being apart of it. After receiving a text from Shayna that “my dad has to ask you something?”, Amanda was only able to cry and ask “What do you have to ask me?”. Poor Josh was so sore from walking all over Disney World for three days it took him a second to get down on one knee and eventually Amanda was able to say “Yes!” through her happy tears!

Cousin aka “Sister” Cousin / Best Friend / Confidant 🥰 Katie is the bride’s younger cousin on her mother’s side. However, if you didn’t know you would think they were sisters. The two grew up very close, with weekend sleepovers at their Grandma Gabby’s house. This is where they’d learn how to cook Hungarian dishes and basic life skills such as what time Macy’s opens on Sunday!

Double Cousin☺️ They are called double cousin for a reason (please ask them). At one point being raised in the same house together. To stories of them on the farm. There is no greater love than the Heimroth family and no greater brotherhood than these two knuckleheads.

Daughter💜 Shayna has been an integral part of our relationship. It took a year for Josh to introduce Shayna to Amanda. This is still a sore subject to Shayna, as she states he made her lose a year of time with Amanda. Amanda feels the same! 🤣 Joking aside…. Our wedding is not just about the two of us but also about our commitment to our family with Shayna. Shayna will be graduating from La Salle Institute in May 2026!

Brother from another mother (Amanda couldn’t help herself)! Exactly years apart that Josh is from his father Mark, Seth and Josh are apart (17 years to be exact). Josh was graduating when Seth was coming into this world. 🤣 okay. This brotherly relationship is the best banter and Seth is the person at the end of the day who grounds Josh.

Cousin aka Bestie 🥰 Meghan is the bride’s cousin on her father’s side. She is older than the bride by four months! Being so close in age it was inevitable that they would become besties. From being the youngest cousins of such a large group and just trying to hang out with the big kids, to nights hanging out in the club dancing (one of us trying to keep us out of trouble) to nights when we just stay in eating popcorn & watching Friends. We have always had each others back! 🥰

Bestie! Who would have thunk, that it was the military that would have brought two neighbors together, but it did. On a plane ride across the country these two would realize they were both from Co County (Columbia County for the rest of us). The rest was history! Early mornings and late nights for only those in the military can truly respect. And many years later a friendship that started on a plane across the country is thriving.

When should I RSVP by?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before the RSVP deadline. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.”

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Unfortunately, if you are late to the ceremony we will be unable to seat you.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Evening cocktail! So come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, or dressy jumpsuit is perfect for our wedding! Don’t feel like you need a full tux or evening gown! But please no jeans, sweats, tee shirts or shorts. Also, one more simple ask of our ladies no dark greens, gold or especially white 😉

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Our venue has plenty of parking! However, we please ask if you drink you do so responsibly. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available. Please have a plan in place to get safely home.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Yes for our out of town guest we will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel.
