It's been 84 Years...
Adam and Amanda met during tech week of Showgirls! The Musical! back in 2013. When Adam introduced himself as the "tech guy", Amanda blurted out that she was "Amanda, actress girl" and promptly retreated into the dressing room. After much convincing, Adam finally agreed they might make a good match. 12 years, a band of kitties, and many realized dreams later, they've decided it's time to officially get a tax break for their partnership. They're ready for more of the same, and are so grateful to everyone who is coming out to celebrate with them.

Celebration, Pictures, and Coffee Hour

Feel free to dress up, but note that there will be some walking (including on grass), so prioritize comfortable shoes. Also prepare for potential inclement weather.
We aren't going to be doing a formal ceremony - just a quick private moment with the two of us and our officiant - if you'd like to join us for a brief celebration in the park and some pictures, please do! There will be coffee and cookies, and then we'll all migrate to Winnie Said for lunch.

Wear what you'd like!
There won't be formal speeches or dancing, but this will be our opportunity to gather our nearest and dearest to celebrate our partnership. We will have a buffet of salad, sliders, mac&cheese, drinks, and other goodies, but the restaurant menu will also be available should you like to order something else.

Is there going to be a ceremony?
Answer
Not really. Amanda and Adam would like to take a private moment to say their I do's and then join everyone for coffee and cookies to celebrate.

Absolutely! The more the merrier.

You are more than welcome to dress to the nines, but please take into consideration the outdoors and your comfort level.

What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
Answer
If the weather is terrible, we'll likely forgo the Central Park hang and instead go straight to Winnie Said for lunch, as that venue is entirely indoors.

Are gifts expected?
Answer
Absolutely not. We do have a registry that we've filled with things that will level up our home life, but we are certainly not expecting anything. We're just happy to have you celebrate with us.

You are welcome to drive, although there's no designated parking in this area. There should be street parking available (often metered) or you can go to the garage at 27 West 105th Street.
