What should my travel dates be?

Our wedding is on Sunday, December 13. Our welcome party is on Saturday, December 12. You are welcome to come the "recommended" travel days of Friday - Monday, OR you can stay as long as you'd like! It is up to you if you would like to make a vacation out of it! Feel free to come earlier than Friday, and/or stay later than Monday!

How much are rooms?

Answer

There are different types of rooms to choose from. We are finding that rooms are starting at around $1,550 per person based on double occupancy. Sandals resorts are double occupancy only and feature a king-side bed. Prices are subject to change with specials and deals that Sandals offers throughout the year. If you would like to book a higher level room, Joyce can help you do so!

What is the payment schedule? Is all of my money due up front?

Answer

Money is not all due up front! It will be $98 per room due at booking for a deposit. 21 days after that initial deposit, a fee of $400 will be automatically charged. The remaining balance is due 75 days prior to arrival (October 2026). You will receive a link that has your amount due, and could even make monthly payments to it if you'd like!

Do I need a passport?

Yes! Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date.

Should I get travel insurance?

Answer

Travel insurance is $140 per person. This must be purchased at time of your deposit for your room. We strongly recommend getting it to protect your trip, because, well, life happens! And since it is so far in advance, anything could happen between now and then! But, totally up to you whether you decide to purchase it or not!
