Built Our Own Way

While we may not have done things in the traditional order, we have built a beautiful life together with healthy, happy children at the heart of it all. On this special day, they will be front and centre, because they are the reason our love story grew into what it is today. We are extremely grateful for the life we’ve built and so excited for this next chapter together.

Come celebrate with us in beautiful Twillingate! Doors open 2:00pm, Ceremony begins 2:30 PM. Following the ceremony, guests are welcome to enjoy some local sightseeing — take in the views at the Long Point Lighthouse, explore the Rockcut Trails, browse the artisan market, or simply enjoy the charm of the town. Guests are welcome back to the venue at 4:00 PM for drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Supper and reception will follow at 5:30 PM. We’re doing things a little differently — a true Newfie scoff! We’ll be providing the main dishes (turkey, ham, and cod), and guests are welcome to bring along a favourite side, salad, or appetizer to share for our wedding feast. In place of traditional gifts, we would love if you included the recipe for your dish so we can create a keepsake cookbook filled with recipes and memories from the people we love most. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please note: a fridge will be available for guests wishing to keep their dishes cold upon arrival.
