Please wear Semi-Formal or Smart Casual Attire. For Ladies: Cocktail dress For Gents: Long or short sleeve polo and slacks We kindly encourage our guest to dress in our color motif: Sage Green and Gray, on our special day.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception venue are indoors.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guest can take pictures with the newlywed or head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Can i not attend the ceremony but go to the reception instead? or vice versa?

We would really appreciate it if you attend both ceremony and reception. After all, you're an honored guest who was selected to witness the wedding day.

What should i do if i can't make it?

You will be missed! if you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know by RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that guest must arrive 30 minutes or an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP deadline is by the End of July. After this date, we will assume that those who have not responded will be considered "Not Attending"

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking space near the ceremony and reception venue.

Am i allowed to bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Due to strict guest list, we are only able to accommodate the specified names mentioned on the invitation and children of the immediate family.

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Only the VIP guests will have a served food directly to them. Others will have a buffet station setup.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We regret to inform you that we do not provide transportation for guests. However, we are pleased to let you know that the venue of both ceremony and reception are within close proximity making it easily accessible by various means of transportation such as tricycle, grab, or carpooling with other guests.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask to limit the use of cameras and refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our desire is for all the guests to fully immerse themselves in the moment and be present during this special occasion. We have professional photographers who will be capturing all the special moments and their photos will be made available for you to cherish and share afterward.

Can i have a second serving or take-out of my favorite meal?

Apologies but second serving and take-out are not permitted. Our goal is to ensure that all guest have an equal opportunity to enjoy the provided menu and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

May i take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Respectfully no. Please refrain from damaging or taking home any of the centerpiece/candle/flowers from the event. We already prepare a souvenir for you to take home.
