When you arrive in Cancun, please follow the signs, check in with immigration, and collect your belongings. As you exit the airport, avoid engaging with salespeople and review your travel information. Your shuttle service should have provided details on where to meet them and how to get in touch. Be aware that scams attempting to convince travelers to switch shuttle services are common in tourist areas. To avoid any issues, it is very important that you only follow instructions and messages from your confirmed shuttle provider.
