When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline for RSVPs is April 30, 2026. However, we kindly ask that you reply as soon as you can so we can continue our planning process accordingly. Please RSVP using the enclosed card provided in your wedding invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are excited to spend this special day with our closest friends and family. Only those formally invited on your wedding invitation envelope can be accommodated. Plus one's have been designated by "and guest" on the wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guest in their best cocktail attire, dressing to impress! For the ladies, think knee-length or midi dresses For the men, think suit/jacket with a tie Please refrain from wearing white* and close shades of ivory. *Not including white shirts for men

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive at 5:45pm to ensure time to be seated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the hotel to the The Starting Gate at GreatHorse for those guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Springfield Enfield. The transportation will be departing the hotel to the venue at promptly 5:15pm. The transportation will be departing the venue to the hotel at 11:30pm. If you do not wish to stay until 11:30pm please plan to arrange for your own transportation. Please be advised that calling Uber / Lift / Ride share services is NOT an option from this venue, so please plan accordingly. For those guests planning to drive to the venue, valet parking is provided on site.
