However, you may find more flight options by flying into Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) or Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), both of which offer connections to Florence. Fly directly to Florence Airport (FLR) Fly into Rome (FCO) or Milan (MXP) and take a train.

Italy’s train system is efficient and scenic. If you choose to fly into a different Italian city, high-speed trains run frequently and can bring you to Florence in no time. From Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO): Take a high-speed train from Rome’s Termini Station to Florence's Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station (1.5 hours) From Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP): Take a train from Milan’s Centrale Station to Florence's Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station (2 hours)

Our Wedding Ceremony and Celebration will take place in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, just 15–20 minutes outside of Florence's city center. For your convenience, shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel blocks. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we recommend booking accommodation nearby, as not all streets are accessible by shuttle. This will help ensure we can best assist you with transportation to the event.
