Our Story

We met working at Best Buy in the winter of 2021, and it was truly love at first sight. Over the past four years, we’ve had our fair share of challenges. Initially, the downs outweighed the ups, and our relationship took the greatest toll. However, it wasn’t until we experienced the profound love of Jesus that we were able to truly love each other. In 2022, we took a leap in our faith and made God the central focus of our relationship. By June of 2024, we officially gave our lives to Christ and were baptized in the midst of our loved ones and family. His transformative power has enabled us to mature and grow together. We give all glory to the Lord for blessing and restoring our relationship and we are so grateful to share our testimony with you all.

Dress Code

Colors

Dusty Rose | Blush Pink | Sage Green | Olive Green | Browns

To help keep a cohesive and beautiful look for our celebration (and for the photos!), we kindly ask that guests try to stay within our color scheme of varying shades of dusty rose, blush pink, sage green, olive green and earthy browns. Refrain from heavily patterned clothing (dots or stripes) as these tend to not photograph well. We ask that you do not wear jeans, the color black, white, navy blue, or maroon.

Attire

Semi Formal | Garden Party

Although this is not a black-tie event, we’d love to see everyone dressed up and looking their best. Since the wedding is in July, we recommend breathable fabrics like silk, linen, and cotton to help you stay cool and comfortable. Ladies are welcome to wear maxi or midi-length dresses in our soft color palette. Men can wear button-up shirts with slacks or a full suit—lighter-colored suits and shirts are encouraged to complement our theme.

Registry

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. Many of you will be traveling long distances to celebrate with us, and that means the world to us. Instead of traditional gifts, we’d be so grateful if you contributed to our honeymoon fund. We’re looking forward to making unforgettable memories together, and your generosity will help make that possible! You can give through Venmo or via credit card! If you’d rather give in person, we’d love for you to bring a card to the wedding—especially if you include a note or memory we can treasure forever. ♡ Alexis + Jose ♡
