If we are able to arrange a seat for you, we will contact you with your pick up time/location. Please note that your pickup location may not be exactly where you are staying.

Unfortunatley the bus cannot wait, please arrive 10 minues early to your pickup location. As we are arranging for many people to be collected, the bus needs to stay on schedule as much as possible.

If you would like to pre-book, (02) 4990 1111 is the number for Wine Country Taxi Service. Please note there is a music festival the same day as the wedding so taxis are likely to be busy.
