AC Hotel Grand Rapids Downtown
The AC Hotel Downtown is approximately a 20-minute walk or 6-minute drive from the Downtown Market. There are rooms available for Friday (3/14) and Saturday night (3/15). All rooms will cost $169 per night, but reservations must be placed by Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Please contact the AC Hotel and ask about our room block (the Forrest-Kwapiszewski room block) to reserve.

Are children invited?
Answer
Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to invite children of close family. If you need a plus one or to bring children, please get in touch with us.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Guests are invited to dress semi-formally. Our wedding party will be wearing blue. While it may be cold outside on March 15th, the ceremony will take place in a greenhouse that is known to be warm. Please consider wearing layers in order to adjust to temperature changes as needed.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Please see the travel section of this website in order to view our room block in downtown Grand Rapids. However, if you are interested in staying even closer, please reach out to us and we can look at getting another room block!

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
You will be in downtown Grand Rapids! We encourage you to explore the number of wonderful restaurants on the ground floor of the Downtown Market, go visit Founders Brewing Co., or cross the street and have a drink while playing a game at House Rules Lounge board game bar.
