The wedding ceremony and reception to follow will be located at the Andromeda Centre, located near the island's capital of Argostoli.

Travel

There are many places to stay in Kefalonia. Being that it is one of the bigger islands, it is useful to know that our wedding venue and reception is located near the capital, Argostoli. There are many recommendations listed below! For transportation to the wedding venue, a bus will be arranged to pick up guests from the "I Heart Kefalonia" sign, located centrally in Argostoli. Further details to follow. To arrive to Kefalonia, you can fly to the airport (a short flight from Athens). For travel to other islands on the Ionian side of Greece, there are many ferries to bring you to islands such as Lefkada, Ithaca, or Zakynthos. Our venue does offer some lodgings linked below. Otherwise, hopefully any of the travel sites or air bnb would offer options to meet your needs.

Makris Gialos Beach

This is one of Alex's favorite beaches in Kefalonia! With finer sand and beautiful water, you cannot go wrong. It is key to get there early in order to get a spot with umbrella and chairs!

Antisamos Beach

This is one of Julia's favorite beaches in Kefalonia! Stunning views and crystal clear water. There is a great beach bar that serves food and cold drinks all day. There are bigger rocks on this beach so be sure to pack some water shoes. Again, key to get there early!

Myrtos Beach

This is one of the most well-known beaches of Kefalonia. This can be a popular site to visit, but worth the trip.
