San Miguel de Allende is accessible via two nearby airports: Querétaro Intercontinental Airport (QRO): Just 1 hour away, QRO is a great choice and offers direct flights from major Texas hubs. León/Bajío International Airport (BJX): About 1.5 hours by car from San Miguel, BJX also offers direct flights from major Texas hubs. Once you land, here’s how to get to San Miguel de Allende: From QRO (Querétaro): Pre-arranged shuttles like BajioGo or similar services ($20-$30 per person) take 1 hour—and can be booked online. Taxis or private transfers run $60-$90. The route is quick, direct, and perfect for a smooth arrival. From BJX (León): Pre-arranged shuttles like BajioGo ($30-$40 per person) take 1.5 hours and can be booked online. Taxis or private drivers cost $80-$100
