Conrad Punta de Mita
All wedding events will be held at the Conrad Punta de Mita. This is one of our favorite resorts to visit in Mexico and we know you'll love it as much as we do! We have reserved a room block for wedding guests at a special discounted rate. This rate includes breakfast for room occupants every day of your stay ($100/day value). The block begins 3 nights before the wedding weekend & extends 3 days after in case you want to make a longer vacation out of it! If you wish to do this, please contact the reservations department listed below. Please book your rooms as soon as you can - once this block is filled, additional rooms are not guaranteed at the same rate. Room Reservation Process: 1. PUERTO VALLARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PVR)
Book your flights into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). The airport is 45 minutes south of the resort. We recommend getting in by Thursday afternoon so you arrive in time for the welcome party! ** Reminder to make sure your passports are up to date! If your passport expire before date of return to the US, you will need to renew your passport. We recommend doing this minimum 6 months before traveling to allow for any potential delays.
Travel Note
GETTING TO THE RESORT
The resort is 45 minutes north of the airport. We highly recommend using a ride share app like Uber between the airport and resort. This is by far the cheapest option compared to car services and airport taxis. On your way to the resort, we recommend stopping at the grocery store to stock up on all your favorite snacks and drinks. There is a marketplace at the resort, however options there are limited. Tepic 430 Valle Dorado Mega Comercial Mexicana @ Carretera Tepic-Puerto Vallarta 1297 There is transportation available through the hotel if you prefer that route. To arrange this, reach out to the hotel directly after you have booked your reservation.
