If you choose to book at this hotel, a complimentary shuttle service will be available for your convenience. The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony between 3:00- 4:00 PM, making multiple trips as needed. Return service from the venue back to the hotel will run between 10:00- 11:30 PM. When booking, please mention that you are attending the Hastings/Putchinski wedding to receive the discounted rate if calling for a reservation. If booking online, enter the code- PHW to access the reserved room block. Rooms must be booked before August 13th to receive the discounted rate.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to our wedding by August 9, 2025.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be held at a beautiful golf course, and we ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire! We will be primarily indoors with a covered patio for the ceremony. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or very light colors that may appear white in photos, so the bride can truly stand out on her special day!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! We love kids and are happy to have them join the celebration. That said, if your little one isn't up for sitting quietly during the ceremony, we totally understand if you choose to come after the ceremony or step out as needed. Please include them in your RSVP so we can be prepared. Thanks so much!
