How do we get there?

The Jamaica Pavilion is located on île Notre-Dame. You can get there by car, public transportation or by bike ;) CAR To get to Parc Jean-Drapeau by car, you need to use the Jacques-Cartier or Concorde Bridge. BIKE Accessing Parc Jean-Drapeau by bike is done by taking the Jacques-Cartier, Concorde or Victoria Bridge. There are usually five BIXI stations on the islands during the summer months: at the north entrance of the beach, the Jean-Drapeau subway station, La Ronde, the Casino and the river shuttle landing dock. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The Jean-Drapeau subway station is located on île Ste-Hélène. Shuttles connecting the subway station and the Casino are in operation year-round by bus (STM 777). Buses also provide service to Jean-Doré Beach when the site is open. The season of operation extends from June to September.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! You will be able to park in parking lot P5. The parking lot is a 200m walk from the Jamaica Pavilion. However, it is possible to be dropped off directly in front of the venue if you want :) PARKING LOT ATTENDANT You will be greeted at parking lot P5 by the parking lot attendant. The attendant will give you a ticket and you will have to place it on the dashboard of your vehicle. The attendant will then direct you toward the ceremony site :) OVERNIGHT PARKING You can leave your car in the parking lot until noon the next day. To avoid receiving a parking infraction, please let us know the license information of the vehicle so we can inform the proper authorities.

How do we get home?

Answer

TAXIS/UBER There is a 24-hour taxi station at the Casino de Montréal. You can also call the taxi company of your choice. We encourage you to use a taxi service that has GPS, but the easiest option is still walking over to the Casino and taking a taxi from there.

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so feel free to bring anything that you might need :) Following cocktail hour, we’ll head inside for the reception.
