Fort Lauderdale
South Florida has two main airports to fly into: Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA). We recommend that if you are flying domestically, you travel through FLL, as it is a quick 20 minute ride to the venue, and it usually has more affordable fares. If you are flying from an international destination, we recommend looking into flights from both airports. *The most practical option if you are coming from Santiago, Dominican Republic will likely be Spirit Airlines flight NK633 from STI to FLL.

Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
This 2.5-mile pedestrian promenade in south Florida is crowded with joggers, cyclists and beachgoers of all ages. The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is great for a fun day out—with activities for both the adults and the kids. Here, you can chill at one of the many cafes perfect for resting and people-watching. You can also rent a bike and enjoy the cool ocean breeze as you pedal or take a leisurely walk along the waterfront. When hungry, you can stop for tacos or a steak, and treat yourself to some ice cream without having to leave the Broadwalk.

Butterfly World
Butterfly World is located in Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, Florida. It opened in 1988, and it is the largest butterfly park in the world, and the first park of its kind in the Western Hemisphere. The facility houses around 20,000 live butterflies.
