Our wedding ceremony will be held at the Bellagio Hotel Pool at the Grand Staircase. The best way to access this area is to follow signs for the convention center from the hotel lobby. Once you pass the restaurant Harvest, you will find the Spa Tower elevators (across from the pool windows). Please take the Spa Tower Elevators down to the pool level and the ceremony will be a short walk from the elevator bank. Please note, our wedding will be outdoors and we recommend bringing a wrap, jacket, or something cozy to stay comfortable while still looking fabulous!

Bellagio Hotel & Casino
We highly recommend staying at Bellagio Hotel and Casino as it is where the ceremony and reception will take place. The Hotel is located at the center of the Las Vegas Strip and a quick trip via a ride-share app (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are all widely available to and from the airport and any other point of interest. Book your reservation using the link below to reserve within the room block. Please feel free to shop around for any pricing that may be lower than the pricing shown on the block as pricing may fluctuate in the months to come. The cutoff date to book a reservation under our block is October 15, 2025 A couple other hotels that we recommend that may be more budget friendly and still within the area are The Paris and Planet Hollywood.

What days should we plan to be in Vegas?
Answer
Our wedding will be on a Saturday, but we are hopeful that you can enjoy an extended weekend and recommend arriving in Vegas by Friday afternoon (if possible), as we plan to host a Welcome Event that evening at the Durango Hotel and Casino.

The wedding will be outdoors, weather permitting. Las Vegas can be surprisingly chilly that time of year—especially in the evening—so we recommend bringing a wrap, jacket, or something cozy to stay comfortable while still looking fabulous!

What is the preferred dress code?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you all weekend long! Here’s a quick note on what to wear: Friday – Welcome Event: Think smart casual. For the ladies, cocktail dresses are ideal—and for the guys, dress shirts or polos with slacks work great. Saturday – Wedding Day: Our wedding will be formal attire. Gentlemen, suits and ties are encouraged. Ladies, we kindly ask for long dresses to keep the evening elegant and special.

What time should we arrive to the Bellagio for the wedding?
Answer
Las Vegas Hotels are massive and take some time to walk through. If you are not staying on property, we highly recommend that you arrive to the Bellagio no later than 2:30pm to make your way to the pool area!
