Our Love Story
It all started at a high school band competition—two teenagers from so-called "rival" schools (though Cynthia will insist they weren’t real rivals). That day, fate quietly worked its magic. Bert spotted Cynthia and was instantly drawn to her. He followed her on Instagram and Snapchat, but Cynthia, unimpressed at first, didn’t follow back. It wasn’t until Valentine’s Day that he slid into her DMs—and that simple message turned into something much more. Like most high school romances, Cynthia didn’t expect it to last. But slowly, something unexpected happened: she fell in love. While Cynthia was cautiously getting to know him, Bert already knew—he was head over heels from the start. As they talked more, they realized they shared a lot in common, and over time, they grew even more alike. Together, they navigated high school, supported each other through college, and cheered each other on as they stepped into the next chapter—adulthood and careers. Through every milestone, they were there for each other, side by side. This isn’t just a love story. It’s a partnership built on laughter, support, and unconditional love. And this is only the beginning.

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements in advance, as children will not be permitted at the ceremony or reception. As much as we would love to have all our guests join us for the ceremony, we have decided to keep it small and private with only our family and closest friends. If you have received a ceremony invitation, please arrive promptly before 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin sharply at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter. Aunque nos encantaría que todos nuestros invitados asistieran a la ceremonia, hemos decidido que sea un evento íntimo y privado solo con nuestra familia y amigos más cercanos. No, the wedding will be indoors! However, for those of you visiting from out of town, please keep in mind that Texas weather can be unpredictable — it might be cold or it might be hot. Be sure to dress accordingly! ¡No, la boda será en interiores!
