FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st! We'd like to ask that you make your hotel reservations as early as possible in order to secure a room in the organized block.

Question

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

While there isn't a formal dress code, we'd absolutely love it if you could wear Indian attire! Typically, men wear kurtas, and women opt for anarkalis, lehengas, or saris. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and festive as we celebrate.

Things To Do

We're so thrilled to welcome you to Seattle! Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned visitor, we've put together some of our favorite spots and activities to help you make the most of your trip. From iconic landmarks to scenic hikes and incredible food, there's something for everyone to enjoy in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Pike Place Market

85 Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98101

This is where we had our first date ❤️ A lively and historic market full of local produce, handmade goods and food stalls (look out for flying fish!). The original Starbucks is also right there.

Space Needle

400 Broad Street, Seattle, WA 98109

A Seattle classic! Take in stunning views of the city, Puget Sound, and (on a clear day) Mount Rainier from this iconic observation tower.

Museum of Pop Culture

325 5th Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

A fun and interactive museum with exhibits celebrating music, sci-fi, fantasy, and all things pop culture — from Nirvana to Star Trek.

Rattlesnake Ledge

Snoqualmie Valley Trail, North Bend, WA 98045

A moderately challenging hike with incredible views of Rattlesnake Lake from the top. About 4 miles round trip and perfect for a morning or afternoon adventure!

Woodland Park Zoo

5500 Phinney Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

A wonderful zoo with a ton of fun animals. It’s a great place to wander around and see everything from penguins to tigers while enjoying the fresh air. Don’t forget to check out the lovely rose garden next door. That’s where we got engaged!

Araya's Place

5240 University Way Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

Chetan's favorite restaurant in Seattle! it's a great place to get amazing vegan thai food :)
