We will have some rooms prepared for our guests traveling from outside Belgium in the Hotel Ibis budget hotel. If you need accommodation please let us know before March 15. For other guests we highly recommend Hotel The Lodge (located near our apartment) or Ibis budget hotel located near the train station for our guests traveling to Belgium for our wedding. Travel to Venue

We understand that traveling from Leuven to Durbuy may require some advance planning, as there is no direct public transportation available between the two locations. To assist our guests, we are happy to offer carpooling options. Several of our friends have kindly volunteered to help transport guests, and we are also exploring the possibility of renting a larger vehicle (potentially a 6-seater) based on the number of guests who require transportation. If you would prefer to utilize our carpooling service, please let us know in advance before March 15th so we can coordinate your ride efficiently. Given the travel time from Leuven to the venue (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes), we propose departing from the hotels at 9:00 AM. This will ensure we arrive at the venue comfortably ahead of schedule and allow everyone to enjoy the festivities without any time constraints.
