We hope you will come and be a part of our wedding "weekend"! We’re so excited to celebrate our special day surrounded by nature and our loved ones at a beautiful group of cabins in Index, Washington. To make this gathering as wonderful as possible, we would love for our guests to stay with us at these cozy cabins. To help cover the costs, we kindly request a donation of $175 per guest for a three-night stay. We’ll be taking care of the remainder of the cabin costs, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of the mountains without a worry! Please send your donation via Venmo to @Aja-Renee. We can’t wait to create unforgettable memories together! We will be rock climbing on Monday 9/8/25 and hiking on 9/10/25. We would love for you to join us for these adventures! Don't feel pressured, but please let us know if you would like to come in the RSVP section. Relaxing at the cabins is also an option! Thank you for being a part of our celebration!

Our wedding does not have a specific dress code but wear something nice! Bring a sweater as the evenings in the mountains can get chilly. A swim suit for the hot tubs is also recommended!

The ceremony will be from 4:30-5 pm. There will be two custom cocktails, beer, and wine available the whole time, as well as non-alcoholic options. Dinner will be served following the ceremony and will be family style with options for everyone!

Layers and water

Be aware: This is a strenuous hike! Seven miles round trip and windy at the top! Our backup hike is less strenuous and is called Haybrook Ridge Trail.

Travel

We recommend flying into Seattle (SeaTac) and renting a car to drive to Index Washington, which is an hour and a half east. We will be in touch to help coordinate carpooling!
