Our Story
You know that classic story where a guy meets a girl at his favorite bar? Well, believe it or not, that's exactly how our story began. I was serving at his favorite bar and I brought him his food. I asked if he needed anything else and he said, “ranch and your number…” sadly I was too embarrassed to bring either. Later that night I was having a party at my house and AJ and Cleo walked in. We spent the entire night on my front porch getting to know each other. AJ left the very next day for a cross country tour and it may have seemed crazy but he trusted me to watch Cleo after only spending a few hours together. Seven years later and he’s about to marry the girl from his favorite bar.

Please keep in mind that we live in the country and are still two hours away from the airport. It’s a beautiful and easy drive but we would love for our guests to make a vacation out of their time in Tennessee. Nashville has so much to offer and we encourage you to spend some time in the city if you can!

Semi- formal. Black attire required. We have a vision for the day and hope our guests will help bring it to life. If you have questions please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom or look in the gallery for inspiration.

Are we registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence is our gift - genuinely! We know weddings and travel are expensive, so we are extremely grateful that you are making the trip. However, if you would like to give a gift, we have included a couple of items and funds on our registry.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes your name “and guest,” we have reserved space for you to bring someone special. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! Kids are such an important part of our lives and we want them to be apart of our big day!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The city of Walling has kindly allowed us to reserve the parking lot down the road from our home for our guests. We will have people shuttling in our guests to the property. If you are staying in Cookeville, we highly encourage you to carpool.
