When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You must RSVP by May 18th! RSVP's are required to attend as we, our coordinator, and our vendors depend on our RSVP count to adequately tend to all of our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue offers complimentary valet! Also, for those who may have difficulty walking, there is a golf cart service that can take you from the entrance of the venue to the Ceremony and Reception areas.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event so we would love everyone to dress up! Dresses for the ladies and button down shirts and slacks for the men (suits are of course welcome!). Most importantly, please be comfortable! There will be plenty of dancing and partying so wear good shoes!

Thank you for your excitement about our wedding! Unfortunately, due to venue constraints, we've reached our maximum capacity and cannot accommodate additional guests, but we're thrilled you'll be there to celebrate with us!

Tell us about food and drinks

Answer

Food will be buffet-style and provided by our venue. There will also be light appetizers served during cocktail hour. If you do have any dietary restrictions please reach out to us privately. Drinks will be included at the bar with a choice between two signature cocktails and simple beer/wine options. Water will be provided throughout the night.

No smoking will be allowed.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be outside (deck and grass area). Dancing will be inside.

Can we photograph and video the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that it be an unplugged ceremony (phones turned off/silenced at the start of the event). We would love to enjoy and be present in the moment with you. We want our photographer to capture all those happy tears!
