We're celebrating our union with two ceremonies to honor both of our cultural and religious backgrounds. Each ceremony represents an important part of who we are, and we're excited to celebrate our love in ways that honor both of our families and heritages.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What if I can't attend both weddings?

Answer

We completely understand if you can't attend both ceremonies, especially since they're both being held during the week. You will be given an option to select which events you will when RSVP-ing so that we have accurate numbers for each day. We would be honored by your presence at either celebration, so please feel free to attend in whatever capacity works best for your schedule. Your support means the world to us, whether you join us for one ceremony or both.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Where can I stay if I'm coming from out of town?

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Toronto Brampton for our guests at a set rate. To book a room, please follow these steps: 1. Call the hotel at (905) 488-4888. 2. Mention that you’d like to reserve a room under the “Adesh Kadambi - Emily Bartolomucci August Wedding” reservation. Hotel Address: Hampton Inn Toronto Brampton 8710 The Gore Rd, Brampton, ON L6P 0B1 If you have any trouble booking, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help! If you prefer not to stay at the Hampton Inn, there are plenty of other hotels and Airbnbs near Pearson International Airport, which are conveniently located between both venues.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

For the Christian ceremony on August 18, please arrive at 3pm sharp. For the Hindu ceremony on August 20, please arrive at 8am.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at both ceremony locations.

Will there be vegetarian food?

Answer

You’ll be offered a choice between a vegetarian or meat option. We’ll be reaching out to ask for your preference. If we happen to miss you, feel free to message us with your meal choice and please let us know about any additional dietary restrictions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The reception following our Christian ceremony on Monday will feature an open wine bar as a nod to Italian culture for your enjoyment. The Hindu ceremony and lunch on Wednesday will be alcohol-free events.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Are there any colours we should avoid wearing?

Answer

For the August 18 wedding, please avoid white, as the bride will be wearing white, and dusty rose, which is the bridesmaids’ colour. For the August 20 wedding, guests should avoid wearing black clothing—black shoes are fine.
