Room Reservations for Our Wedding at Chalet View Lodge We’re excited to announce that we have reserved Chalet View Lodge, a boutique resort in Graeagle, CA, for our wedding week. Located about 65 miles north of Lake Tahoe and 50 miles west of Reno, Chalet View Lodge was chosen for its ability to accommodate all of our events and guests—plus, there’s no curfew! The resort offers 52 rooms of various accommodations, and we have blocked off all rooms for our wedding week. These rooms will remain unavailable to the public until 60 days prior to the event. To reserve your room, please follow the instructions below: Instructions to Reserve Your Room: Click the link below. Press "Check Availability." Select the room type most suitable for your party, and click "View Rates." Under Available Offers, select "Reserve." Confirm your reservation by completing the form on the next page. Important Information: Please do not call the hotel to reserve your room. The front desk will be unable to assist with reservations. For assistance with booking or modifying a reservation, email help@chaletview.com. Chalet View Lodge cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Please take this into account when making your reservations, especially regarding the event start time. A deposit of one night’s stay, plus taxes and fees, will be charged upon booking. If you are staying multiple nights, the balance will be charged upon check-out. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in to receive a 100% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you at this beautiful location! 3 bedroom villa and Spa Suite are not available to reserve.

Here's a summary of the transportation options to and from the lodge: 1. Uber/Lyft to the Lodge and Shuttle Back (Uber does not operate back to the airport) To the Lodge: You can take Uber/Lyft to the Chalet View Lodge. Shuttle to the Airport: A shuttle will be arranged for your return to the airport. Important: If you choose this option, please inform the event organizers of your departure time in advance so they can arrange the shuttle accordingly. Note: Graeagle, where the lodge is located, is relatively remote, and ride-sharing apps and other technological services may not be available. 2. Rent a Car You can rent a car from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Visit Reno Airport Rental Cars for more details. For Guests Flying In: Airport: The closest and most convenient airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which is approximately a 50-minute drive from Chalet View Lodge. Directions from Reno-Tahoe Airport to Chalet View Lodge: From the airport, head west and take the ramp on the left to I-580 North. Continue on I-580 North towards Susanville. Take exit 8 at Hallelujah Junction for CA-70 toward Portola/Quincy. Turn left onto CA-70 West at the stop sign. Continue on CA-70 West for about 27 miles. Chalet View Lodge will be on your left after passing through the small town of Portola, CA. Let me know if you need more details!
