Travel

You can find hotel room blocks by clicking the links below. We tried our best to choose hotels that are not far from the venue, close to activities, and affordable (for Miami standard prices). Please feel free to do your own research if you prefer a different hotel to the ones we blocked off as these are courtesy blocks and there is no obligation to book. We also suggest checking out air bnb and vrbo for good deals in areas such as Coconut Grove, Brickell, Mid Beach, and other surrounding areas.

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we love kids so much and are sure they would be a pleasure to have, unless their names appear when you are RSVPing, please leave the kids at home so you can unplug and let loose! We have limited seating at the venue and we can only accommodate so many. Reminder for Parents of Young Children Attending the Wedding: We do love your little ones and their safety is our number one priority! Please be aware that both the wedding ceremony and reception will be recorded and the photographers and videographers have requested that parents of young children be mindful of noise interruptions & sound quality of the video. Also know there will be an open bar and adults celebrating at the reception. It is up to the parents to decide if they think their child should attend an event like this or not. If they do attend, please be mindful of them and remove them from any spaces where they may cause distraction. Please make sure they do not interrupt the photographers or videographers or get in the way of the shots. Please make sure they behave themselves and are quiet during the ceremony. Please make sure they don't run around the reception and bump into the wait staff. Please make sure they don't interrupt any special moments, such as the first dance. If you're unsure and would like more information, please feel free to reach out to us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to extend an invite to your loved one's, unless your plus one or partner's name is addressed on the invitation or appears when you are RSVPing, please do not bring an extra person without running it by us first. We have limited seating at the venue and we can only accommodate the guests we have formally and officially invited.

Question

Can I wear heels?

Answer

We suggest that all of the ladies bring a pair of comfy shoes or socks to dance in if you are planning on wearing high heels as there is a lot of grass and cobblestone at our venue. Flip flops will also be provided.

Question

Should I bring a sweater or cover up?

Answer

Yes! While the wedding is in Miami, it is in the middle of winter and evening temperatures can sometimes reach the 60's. The venue is primarily outdoors so please bring an extra piece of clothing to keep you warm if you get chilly. There will also be heaters and blankets.

Question

Is there a parking lot?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot. However, we do suggest taking ubers or getting a ride there if you plan on drinking. We want to party with you but your safety is also our top priority.
