We decided on May 30, 2026, it holds no special meaning. Which is why it is so perfect, it was able to celebrate our special day with it being the most important day of our lives. We met when we were very young Abigail was 10 and I was 12. We both went to the same youth group and became fast friends and only friends basically our whole lives. Until 2023 when we reconnected at a chick-fil-a no less. In that moment though we knew we were not just friends anymore we understood one another so well, we realized we were each other's best halfs. Josh definitely said I love you first, he always had a way of making me feel special. My mom always said "He was the picture of devotion". I never understood until I fell completely in love with him. That is what sealed the deal for me, and I knew I would be his wife one day. We then got engaged on a beautiful beach right at sunrise with all are family around. It was absolutely magical. So now we are building are perfect day, and one thing we are definitely incorporating is Star Wars. If you know us, you know we love Disney, but mainly Star Wars. It was the first thing we really connected with and talked for hours about. So that's our love story, and we can't wait for our big day.
