Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on site at Ole Hanson Beach Club located in San Clemente, California near North Beach, San Clemente. The address is 105 W Avenida Pico, San Clemente, CA 92672. The ceremony will be held on the south lawn (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be held on the second floor of the Beach Club on the east deck with reception to follow on the west deck. Both Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors with sweeping ocean views (weather permitting). Dancing held in the indoor ballroom.

How do we get there?

Answer

We do not have designated transportation nor reserved guest parking to the property. We highly recommend utilizing Uber, Lyft, or another transportation services for pick up/drop off to the venue site. This will be your best bet for arriving with ample time to take in views before the ceremony begins. If you plan on driving, parking is limited at the venue. Visit the ‘I’m driving, where do I park?’ tab for specific details. There will be metered parking near the venue for use as well. We recommend booking your stay at one of our recommended hotels on your invitation or visit the ‘Where should we stay?” Tab on the FAQ page for more hotel information. This is best if you’re planning on a drop off or pick up service for the lowest ride rates to and from the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 PM. Because parking is limited onsite, we encourage our guests to plan to arrive 15- 30 minutes prior to allow for ample time to park and find your seat. (Trust us, you’ll want to take in the view early) For more details on transportation visit the FAQ on ‘Parking’.

Is there a dress code?

Your theme for the evening is cocktail on the beach. We encourage our guests to dress up in cocktail attire for the evening. (We are dining oceanfront in early October so ladies bring a sweater just in case or borrow your dates!)

Can I bring a guest or a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest count will appear on the invitation. When you RSVP, your name and a plus one will appear before submitting. Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our closest family and friends.

Are kids invited?

If your children’s names are listed on the invitation, they are surely invited to be there on our special day. Invitations sent out will be specific and include the name of the kiddos who are invited. We tried to take careful inventory of all the children in your lives but should there be any discrepancies, please feel free to send me a text so we can clear it up! Will there be an open bar?

Yes, beer and wine is on us for the night. The repercussions of your limitations are on you! Soft drinks will be available for your kiddos as well. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have a registery?

Answer

We have lived together for three years now and have collected house hold goods over time to make our place a home. This is why we will not be having an online registry but if you would like to contribute funds to our honey moon we would appreciate it! A big part of our relationship has always been travel and we love going on adventures together and making memories. This is a great way to contribute to our start as husband and wife. Are you having a wedding shower?

Because we both know the commitment it takes to book accommodations for you and the family to travel to be there for our big day, we decided to focus on making the wedding as special as we can and putting our focus and funds to our wedding day. While I would love to feel showered by my girls, I can’t wait to have each and every one of you there to celebrate on the 2nd of October with us together as a couple!

When do I need to RSVP by?

As noted on the invitation, we need your RSVP by September 2nd 2025. Our venue and vendors need to know specifics in order to prepare appropriately. If we don't hear from you in time, we'll assume it's a no.

I’m driving, where can I park?

Answer

Metered parking is available in the adjacent lot and street parking surrounding the venue for $1.50 per hour from 9:00am until 10:00pm seven days a week. There is also complimentary parking walking distance to Ole Hanson Beach Club available in residential areas on Calle Las Bolas, Calle Sacramento, and Avenida Hacienda, but is limited and guests must adhere to all city postings. Your best bet is taking an Uber, Lyft, or Ride share or booking at the closest hotel for a brief walk to the venue. Parking is limited.
