Beach Formal
Dress weather appropriate, while keeping it classy. Nothing too fancy necessary. The ceremony and reception will be held in the Event Garden by the beach, and cocktail hour will be held on Lola Rooftop. Examples of "beach formal" attire can be found in The Gallery portion of this website! (FYI: no part of the wedding will be held directly in the sand)

If you are looking for an off-resort excursion such as snorkeling or seeing the Tulum Ruins, I would suggest using this website! They pick up and drop off directly from the resort. Overall great experience.
5th Avenue Plya Del Carmen
I would highly suggest taking a taxi to 5th Avenue in Plya Del Carmen. It is filled with boutiques, shops, vendors, and restaurants. It is about a 15 minute drive away. A receptionist at the resort can call you a taxi and you can flag one down from the same company to take you back
